In my particular case, our family was relocating from another state (literally a thousand miles away) and the service we received from Allison was flawless - truly white glove! And it was more than just a move for our family - we were building a new home and a new life and Allison was there for us every step of the way. From helping us finalize the acquisition of the land to navigating the sometimes overwhelming process and all of the considerations that go into building a new home, Allison's experience and her commitment to our home and to our family was done with the highest degree of care and professionalism. Allison was there for us when we had to fly down to finalize all of our paperwork and close on the house. She was there to pick me up at the airport and drop me off the same day after a whirlwind of inspections and attorneys. Let alone, in the Huntsville/Madison Alabama area. There are several things that have set her apart from others we have worked with. 1. On that list is her knowledge of the business and extremely long list of resources. During the process of building our home issues would arise and by the time we were notified of the issue hours after it came up, Allison had already found the solution, had several options for a solution, or already resolved it.
